Commercial Park Use Permits
A Commercial Park Use Permit is required any time a City of Lincoln park is used to conduct a business. The most common example is for conducting a class, camp or any other service in which the participant or customer is being charged a fee. Having a Commercial Park Use permit ensures that:
- The individual collecting participant fees for their service is properly insured.
- The individual has a City of Lincoln Business License to conduct business within city limits.
- There won't be any conflicts with other scheduled use in the park being used.
