The City of Lincoln follows the guidance of the Placer County Public Health Office, the California Department of Public Health, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The City does not have its own Public Health Officer or Public Health Department.

Statewide Masking Requirements
As of February 16, 2022, masks are required for unvaccinated individuals in indoor public settings and businesses. Fully vaccinated individuals are recommended to continue indoor masking when the risk may be high. Some indoor spaces, such as public transit and schools, require masks regardless of vaccination status. Read the full guidance.
