The City of Lincoln, Lincoln Transit System is committed to ensuring no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of its transit services or programs on the basis of race, color, or national origin as afforded under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The City of Lincoln Department of Public Works is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and policy to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in respect to its transit services.
