The Development Engineering Division provides essential services for development projects within the City. We support development projects by:

  • Reviewing and approving improvement plans and grading plans.
  • Preparing “Conditions of Approval” for all development projects.
  • Reviewing and approving parcel and subdivision maps.

Development Engineering also issues Grading Permits for commercial, custom lots, and subdivision projects.
