Purchasing Division

The goal of the Purchasing division is to procure Citywide materials, supplies and services in the most efficient and cost effective manner.  This is accomplished using competitive bidding practices as well as government contracts and Cooperative purchasing.

 A Business License, Insurance and a W-9 are required to do business with the City.

The City of Lincoln uses Planet Bids, GovQuote and CIP List to post all bids and RFPs
