Important System Upgrade Coming January 2026!

The City is upgrading to a new utility billing system beginning January 2026. This new platform is designed to improve your overall experience by offering enhanced tools, a more user-friendly interface, and greater flexibility in managing your utility account.

With the upgraded customer portal, you will notice easier-to-read billing statements, improved account management, and the ability to manage multiple accounts under a single login.

We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your service experience.

Enhanced Customer Portal

  • New Account Number and Customer ID: Every customer will receive new identifying information for the new system.
  • User-Friendly Portal: Easily manage your account with a more intuitive interface.
  • Manage Multiple Accounts: Link and manage all your utility accounts with a single login.
  • Clear Billing Statements: Bills will be redesigned to be easier to read and navigate.

What to Know

Starting December 2025

  • Auto Pay Shut Off (Complete on December 2, 2025)

Any automatic payments set up through the City will be turned off and will need to be re-established in the new portal.

  • System Blackout Period: December 22, 2025 – January 4, 2026
    • No online account access
    • No payments can be applied
    • No transactions of any kind - Please plan accordingly.
  • Online Bank Bill Pay

Please discontinue any bill pay through your bank until your new account information arrives. You will need to update your banking system with your new account number in January 2026.

  • No Late Fees or Shut-Offs in January 2026

Normal late fees and shut-off processes resume February 2026.

  • Your New Account Number and Customer ID

You will receive another letter in January 2026 with the information needed to set up your new online account.
