Master plans are critical to the success of public utilities. Master plans are the blue-print for future infrastructure expansion. They serve as instruction manuals on how to fix current deficiencies that face the City.

The City's approved Public Infrastructure Master Plans include:

The Pavement Management Program (PMP) is a proactive maintenance and rehab method for existing roads. A PMP looks at cost-effective strategies for maintenance treatments on roads that are in good condition.

The goal is to preserve them before the beginning of serious deterioration. Applying cost-effective treatments at the right time can increase the effectiveness of the rehab. For example, the pavement can be restored to a condition that will extend the life of the road an extra 5-15 years.
