Pre-Approved ADU Plans (AB 1332)
This page is designed to comply with Assembly Bill No. 1332 (AB 1332), specifically California Government Code section 65852.27(4)(A)(i), which requires cities to establish a program by January 1, 2025 for pre-approving ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) master plans, and to help City of Lincoln property owners and developers access pre-approved ADU plans to use for their new detached ADU building construction projects.

City of Lincoln Pre-Approved ADU Plans
Below are the pre-approved ADU plans that may be constructed within the City of Lincoln city limits. These plans include contact information for the plan applicant, as required by AB 1332.
If you are the pre-approved ADU plan applicant and you would like a pre-approved plan removed from the website, please contact the City Planning Department and it will be removed within 30 days of request for removal from the applicant.
