Fireworks Stand Permit

All individuals and companies doing business in the City of Lincoln need to have a business license in order to apply for a Fireworks Stand Permit 

This Permit is valid only for the season.

Fireworks Stand Permit - $ 650.00 (This fee applies to all organizations.  This does not include the 2.95% credit card processing fee if applying online)

Or provide the completed Fireworks Stand Permit Application and mail or submit in-person to:

City of Lincoln

Lincoln, CA 95648

Cash or check is acceptable. Check can be made out to “City of Lincoln”.

Please submit proof of non-profit business license along with the Fireworks Stand Permit Application.

If you are a non-profit organization, in addition to the Fireworks Stand Permit Application, you will need to apply for a business license.  While a non-profit's tax-exempt status may exempt it from paying the business license tax, the non -profit organization will need to register for a business license.
