Review and Comment on the City’s Draft Citizen Participation Plan
As part of the Consolidated Plan development process, the City of Lincoln is required to develop a Citizen Participation Plan (CPP), which describes how the community will be engaged during the development of the Consolidated Plan. The City’s draft CPP is now available for review and comment.
Please send any comments on the Citizen Participation Plan by Friday, November 14th at 5pm to publiccomments@lincolnca.gov or written comments can be sent to:
