Important Notice About Your New Utility Account Letter

The City of Lincoln Utility Billing Department recently mailed letters to customers containing their new customer number and new account number as part of our transition to a new billing system.

We have identified an issue in which the service address printed on some of these letters is incorrect. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may cause.

Please be assured that:

  • Your new customer number is correct.
  • Your new account number is correct.
  • Only the service address listed in the letter is incorrect.
  • No action is required at this time regarding the service address.
