The City of Lincoln is aware of an ongoing issue with the processing of Utility Billing payments. Over the past several months City staff have been working with our Utility Billing third party payment processor to try to rectify the issue of payments by check being lost or not recorded properly.

Payments made online, by phone, at City Hall, or through auto bill pay have not been affected. We understand and agree that processing Utility payments timely and accurately is critically important to our community. As a result of the ongoing issues with our current vendor we are actively seeking a new third party vendor. In the interim, check payments will be processed by city staff.

If you need to make a payment, please utilize our online payment portal, sign up for auto bill pay, call our Utility Billing number below, bring payment to City Hall during business hours, or mail your check directly to City Hall at 600 6th Street, Lincoln, CA 95648.
