Project Overview
The Downtown Master Plan (DMP) + Objective Design and Development Standards (ODDS) project aims to transform Downtown Lincoln into an attractive and thriving destination with a strong civic identity while facilitating mixed-use and affordable housing options in Downtown.
-
The project will recommend changes to land use designations, including residential density as well as re-envision the zoning/design standard policies in order to realize the city’s vision for downtown. City staff needs your input to inform this vision!
-
The policies stemming from this project will direct the Downtown’s physical form and character for years to come.
-
The project builds upon the Downtown Lincoln Code Audit
