To minimize the spread of COVID-19, the City will be reducing service levels to essential services only. All City Hall offices are closed, except the main customer service counter (which is now open Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM), Development Services, and the Permit Counter which is also open 8AM-5PM. Information Technology


Staff in the Information Technology Division provides on-site computer support to all City employees. Support includes WAN/LAN support for computers at City Hall as well as computers connected to City Hall from the Corporation Yard, the Civic Center, Library and the Police and Fire station sites. In addition to computer support functions, this division is responsible for all software acquisition and coordinates all telecommunication problems/changes.

Staff also provides input for the Telecommunications and Information Technology Strategic Plan approved by the City Council.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
