Park Projects
Lincoln Community Center Park
In September, 2020, the City Council of the City of Lincoln voted to authorize City staff to submit an application to the State Deprtment of Parks & Recreation for grant funding under the Prop 68 Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Grant Program for the development of a community park on the 3.5 acres of undeveloped land next to the Lincoln Community Center located at 2010 First Street. If awarded, grant funding would fund the master planning, design and construction of the park in its entirety. Currently, City staff is working with Stantec to master plan the site with community input being an important step in the process.
