To minimize the spread of COVID-19, the City will be reducing service levels to essential services only. All City Hall offices are closed, except the main customer service counter (which is now open Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM), Development Services, and the Permit Counter which is also open 8AM-5PM. See the Essential Services guide under the News Section for more details.

Check out some of the socially distanced library programs you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home!

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the Lincoln Public Library is not offering in-person programs, but we are offering a variety of virtual services and programs for people of all ages and interests. Plus, you can use the Library remotely in other ways, anywhere and anytime. This includes checking out our Online Catalog or the Digital Resources that we offer, which include e-books and databases that are free to enjoy with your library card!

Visit our virtual calendar of events for all scheduled programs and activities. Can’t participate live? No worries! Many of the videos, such as our Virtual Author Visits or Virtual Family Storytime videos are featured on our YouTube channel or on our Facebook page, so you can watch whenever it’s convenient for you.
