To minimize the spread of COVID-19, the City will be reducing service levels to essential services only. All City Hall offices are closed, except Development Services  and the Permit Counter (temporarily on the first floor) which is open Monday-Friday from 9AM-3PM. Your Health and Safety Is Our Priority

Based on the recommendations issued by the State of California and Placer County's Public Health officer related to aggressive social distancing to help curtail further spread of COVID-19 in our community, the Lincoln Public Library is closed until further notice. During this period, we will continually assess this developing situation to determine the length of closure. Please check back frequently for updated information regarding reopening.

While our physical location may be closed, there are many ways that you can still enjoy the library from home.

Need a library card?

Adults can get a Lincoln Public Library by making an "Apply for a Library Card" appointment at http://libraryatlincoln.as.me. Lincoln residents may also apply for a digital-only library card here. This will allow you full access to our online offerings. 

E-Books, E-Audiobooks, Movies & More
