All City Hall offices are closed, except the main customer service counter (which is open Monday-Friday from 9AM-3PM), Development Services, and the Permit Counter which is also open Monday-Friday from 9AM-3PM. newsThe City's Public Information Office is responsible for keeping residents informed of City news, events and important information. The office handles media inquiries and writes news releases, is responsible for social media communication, production of the City eBulletin, maintenance of the City's website and local government channel, and coordinates groundbreakings, openings and other City-sponsored special events.
