All City Hall offices are closed, except Development Services  and the Permit Counter (temporarily on the first floor) which is open Monday-Friday from 9AM-3PM. ADVISORY COMMITTEE OPENINGS

The City of Lincoln is soliciting interested citizens to fill vacancies on various committees, shown below.  If you are not chosen to serve immediately your application may be added to an eligibility list and asked to serve at a later date.  If you are interested in serving, advisory committee applications are available at City Hall, 600 Sixth Street or at the City’s website – http://www.lincolnca.gov/home/showdocument?id=11976.  Please return your application to the City Clerk of the City of Lincoln no later than October 30, 2020 at 5:00PM.

Accessibility Advisory Committee: no required qualifications but experience with ADA issues is desirable.

Airport Committee:  no required qualifications but experience with aviation issues is desirable.

Economic Development Committee (EDC):  no required qualifications but experience with attraction and retention of businesses is desirable, only three public members of the EDC shall reside within the city limits of Lincoln

Fiscal & Investment Oversight Committee (FIOC): required qualifications:  be a City resident who shall have demonstrated knowledge, experience, training or education in municipal finance, general accounting practices, budgets and investments.

Library Advisory Board/Committee (LAB/LAC): no required qualifications but experience with library policy and operations is desirable, only four public members of the LAB/LAC shall reside within the city limits of Lincoln

Park & Recreation Committee:  no required qualifications but experience with Park & Recreation programs is desirable, only six public members of the park and recreation advisory committee shall reside within the city limits of Lincoln.

Planning Commission:  no required qualifications but experience with planning and land use  is desirable, all seven public members of the commission shall reside within the city limits of Lincoln.
