The City of Lincoln is seeking written proposals from qualified firms to perform information technology managed service and support.
Background: The City currently uses a fully outsourced IT model for its 10 locations within the City and will continue to do so for the near term. The City would ultimately like to move into a hybrid model to successfully manage information technology and related infrastructure.
The City intends to procure a qualified information technology consulting firm to assist the City in managed services and project support. The full scope of work and breakout of tasks can be found in the RFP.
An optional onsite meeting will take place on April 12, 2019 @ 9am. The meeting will begin at City Hall (600 Sixth Street, Lincoln) in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor. All sites will be toured with the existing IT consultant and questions will be answered.
The RFP is available for download at http://www.ciplist.com/plans/?Lincoln/city/11680 .
