Request for Proposals for Full Cost Allocation Plan and Master Fee Schedule

The City of Lincoln is seeking to engage the services of a qualified professional firm experienced in cost recovery to prepare both a Full Cost Allocation Plan (a total cost plan and an OMB 2 CFR Part 225 plan in compliance with the Single Audit Act) and a comprehensive review and evaluation of the City’s Master Fee Schedule (Master Fee Schedule). A Request for Proposals (RFP), which includes instructions for its completion, is attached.

Respondents to this RFP shall submit completed proposals in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with “Proposal for Full Cost Allocation Plan and Master Fee Schedule” and the name of the professional firm submitting the proposal. One (1) original and three (3) printed copies of the proposal must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on February 1, 2019, to the following address:
