All City Hall offices are closed, except the main customer service counter (which is now open Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM), Community Development (which is now open Monday-Friday from 8AM-3PM), and the Permit Counter which is also open 8AM-5PM. City Hall ADA Downtown Curb Ramp Improvements

The City of Lincoln has awarded a contract to Pile Engineering, Inc. to begin construction of upgrading all non-compliant ADA curb ramps at the following locations:

1.The intersection of 5th and E Street
2.The intersection of 5th and F Street
3.The intersection of 6th and E Street
4.The intersection of 6th and F Street

Pile Engineering, Inc. will be starting construction on Monday, November 15, 2021; working hours are from 7 am to 7 pm. Before the commencement of the project, the contractor will distribute flyers to local businesses near the vicinity of the proposed work and post traffic signs 72 hours in advance.

The last working day for the project is January 12, 2022; however, it depends on the weather and the availability of materials due to Covid-19.
