All City Hall offices are closed, except Development Services  and the Permit Counter (temporarily on the first floor) which is open Monday-Friday from 9AM-3PM. CORONAVIRUS UPDATE FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (03/17)

The City Manager for the City of Lincoln has issued a Proclamation of Emergency and therefore, the City of Lincoln Community Development Department will remain closed on the 2nd floor. Submittal and issuance of building permits will take place in the City Manager’s office from 9-12 daily. There will be no over the counter permits. All permits will be taken in and applicants will be notified when the permit is available for issuance.

Development Engineering, Building and Planning will be available by phone or email. Please be advised there may be extended processing times due to minimal staffing.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause but we know it is essential that we do our part to reduce the spread of the of the COVID-19 novel coronavirus.
