All City Hall offices are closed, except the main customer service counter (which is now open Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM), Community Development (which is now open Monday-Friday from 8AM-3PM), and the Permit Counter which is also open 8AM-5PM. Use the City's Water Refund Look-Up Tool to find out if you are due a refund.

Follow the instructions on the page and the Water Refund Look-Up Tool will estimate your refund.



On March 13, 2018, City Council directed staff to Issue additional refunds to any customer who paid greater than the cost to provide service (set by the settlement agreement at $2.76 per thousand gallons) throughout the entire rate period (January 1, 2014 until such time the new rates are adopted and implemented).

The Water Refund Lookup Tool currently only provides refund information for single-family residential customers for the first refund period (February 2016 to March 2017) and the third refund period (January 2014 to January 2016) as established by the settlement agreement . 

The Water Refund Lookup Tool will be modified to include refund information for non-residential and multi-family customers and to include the newly approved refund period, after the issuance of the first round of refunds is complete.
